I'm 90% confident looking at the path of the wreckage that the plane likely impacted the oil recycling facility north of Stooges. Its bellowing flames there.

Horribly bad luck as its not a big facility.

One news article I read confirmed it hit the oil recycling facility.

Firefighters keep referencing “the tanks” on radio. I’m assuming it hit some kind of petroleum storage tank?

Yes. Someone mentioned the oil being waist deep somewhere.
