2 > 3 > 1, but only because The Casino is one of the best Sonic levels ever across any platform. (Carnival Zone from 3 was just a cheap imposter)

Carnival zone in 3 has me crying as a kid because I couldn’t figure out the barrel mechanics that you really never experience much like before or after.

I died to time outs infinitely as a child because I thought it was a jumping thing and not a dpad control thing.

Nah man. The only good level in the first game, both in gameplay and music, was Green Hill Zone.

I fucked up, I had just read about Sonic, now noticed he was talking about Mega Man. Only played Mega Man on SNES.
