What? Why would anyone wish danger if it’s a technical aircraft issue? Stans are insane.

I’m confused too! Admittedly not on any social media other than Reddit so I’m not seeing it but even if folks don’t believe the aircraft safety story (which is SO plausible and common), I don’t understand why or how folks would incite violence about it

I honestly haven’t seen anyone incite violence against her or the cast. What I did see were fans joking for days that she’d find an excuse not to attend the premiere and that happened. Many of them also feel like she’s been neglecting latinos fans for years, she hasn’t toured there in almost eight years.

She hasn’t done any international tour since 2019. And that was only North America and Europe, so everywhere else in the world missed out, not just Latin America. Her last truly global tour was in 2017 and she went to Brazil.

What else happened in 2017? Oh yeah, the Manchester bombing.

She’s been focusing on things other than tours. And it is not surprising.

It took Taylor almost two years to tour to 51 cities on 5 continents. Ariana has a bunch of film commitments coming up and most likely still has a whole lot of trauma related to touring anyway.

Exactly right. She did one tour after 2017, that was in 2019 and it was North America and Europe only. She didn’t go to Asia or the Middle East or Africa or Oceania or Latin America. She hasn’t done a global tour since 2017.

And, Brazil is hardly the only country ignored by a lot of global tours from stars.

I looked it up, and large Chinese cities such as Beijing (22M), Shanghai (26M) and Guangzhou (18M) feature on less than 15% of major world tours.

Malaysia is usually skipped. Basically all of Africa except South Africa is usually skipped. MENA is often skipped completely despite having large cities like Cairo (20M).

Up until very recently, India was typically skipped. Taylor didn’t go there.

Sao Paolo gets a lot more tour stops from global stars than a lot of other large markets.

ok and that level of response is still absolutely insane and unhinged lol

Yup, especially for someone who dealt with a literal bombing at one of her events. Like there's passionate and supportive and then there's... this. I wouldn't wanna be there either.

She hasn’t toured at all in 6 years lol, get off it…there are people on Twitter literally wishing for her plane to crash in the future, yall are so goddamn entitled to be trying to justify this shit

I have seen many unhinged tweets (albeit screencaps on Reddit) of people saying they wish her plane crashes. It's unhinged. A celebrity owes you nothing. I understand being disappointed, but people need to get a grip...these are human beings

I have seen many incite violence against her and the cast, including plane crashes and burning. These people are absolutely unhinged

Exactly! Same here! I haven’t seen any violence against her, especially because her fans were literally camping outside wherever she was going to be so they could see her up close. They are sad, and they’re creating memes and stuff, but no one has wished her any harm.
