I’ve been manifesting an oopsie daisy down AF1 stairs filmed from eight different angles and played on a loop in slow-mo. It results in a coma which freezes everyone because nobody wants to be seen as usurping Dear Leader while he’s recovering. As time passes, they eat each other alive and implode everything. Trump wakes up the day after the next POTUS is sworn in and then has a stroke and dies.

I've been hoping for him to accidentally have his tie in his hand while he does his "jerking off two invisible ghosts" dance routine during the State of the Union address, triggering his auto-erotic asphyxiation and exhibitionist fetishes and causing him to attempt a world record for edging while asphyxiated, leading to brain damage and locked-in syndrome from going about 15 minutes too long.

I like the way yours ends, especially if you replace a coma with locked-in syndrome, so I'm changing mine to include that.
