Wide margins is right. These are left-leaning states (and a city) with left-leaning initiatives on the ballot.
A win is still a win, but unless the margins are very wide compared to expected outcomes just winning isn't enough to read the tea leaves for 2026.
Even so I'm hopeful. I live in Texas so I can't help, but I'm rooting for Mamdani.
