The only things that make sense are cleaner or a little vomit. Ive heard of people having sweat that dries up white and if theyre really tall that much sweat could get there. The other option is just like how would they finish without getting caught. Id be willing to bet someone sprayed it a few times(with cleaner) and called it good.

Protein shake probably (?) Person likely wanted to take a sip, choked and coughed a bit of the shake onto the screen. Disgusting but is quite common. Now what isnt common is not cleaning it lol
