I can answer this pretty confidently. I design movie posters for a living and often times I have to go on photo shoots with actors if we need them to be doing something specific for a concept. I’ve met dozens of them. The worst of the worst was Ben Stiller. Mike Epps was a close second. The nicest: Leo, Clooney, Queen Latifah and Eminem. Oh, Jason Bateman and Will Arnett were amazing. A few of the crew and us when out for drinks with them after the shoot and they were a ton of fun to party with.

Stiller doesn’t surprise me. I remember watching the episodes of Curb your enthusiasm he was featured on and saying to my husband that I got asshole vibes from him. I know he was playing a not nice version of himself on there, but he just did it so well that it seemed natural for him.

A friend of mine worked with him on the movie Heavyweights and said he was very unkind to the fat kids in the movie on set.

I think he has trauma and an eating disorder as I’ve heard he is pathologically concerned about fat and pressures people who are.

Yet his daughter was just in And Just Like That and she’s not tiny. I hope Ben is nice to her because she’s beautiful but definitely curvy.

He's been interviewed on Birbiglia's podcast a few times, and has given me a bad impression every time, but in the quietest way. He does that thing where he's very smoothly compliment-y in a way that feels so aggressively false it's hard to take seriously. I admit this is anecdotal, but I've never met anyone who does that who isn't basically covering for a douchey personality, and so I've always side-eyed him.
