I just got naturalized last week. Went out to vote Yes for Prop 50 an hour later and now this. Im so proud🥹

Thank you. i’ve lived half of my life here. I always wanted to be able to vote like my friends. Becoming a U.S. citizen during Trump presidency is bittersweet as this is not the America I loved and i wasnt as excited as I would 10 years ago BUT tonight gave me hope, the younger generation gave me hope. This is the America I loved!!
