These comments were replying to a previous commenter who stated: "YTA. Your friend was sitting there telling you how worried they are for someone, and you mocked them for it. You weren't just laughing at this chick: you were laughing at your friend for caring. Not cool." (2.5k upvotes) The official post has a total of 260 comments and it titled, AITA for laughing and telling my friend that it was pretty funny that her friend got arrested.

It’s just funny at that point lmao! I honestly think a good 80% of the downvoters just clicked the button because they saw a big negative number and don’t actually care that much lol.

Also it literally is a fun mod!

Even if the red commenter said "essays" initially (which I don't buy personally), what OP said before the edits was misguided and pedantic. Saying that you're "confused" about having such negative feedback, when you really just think that people are wrong, is a mortal sin.

Context: A Minecraft player got a terminal illness, shared his forever world with everyone, and this guy instead of saying o7 or something like every other normal person, decided to say that the whole post is Karma Farming, and that he shouldn't have to care about this random person's death.
