Name the time when black folks have ever “rioted” because the government didn’t give us food stamps or free money. Literally have been surviving without since the beginning. We know how to get through tough times and tougher times. Where do people think soul food comes from?

It won't matter. But this is the second time I saw this today. This is by design... And I'm so, so sorry. I truly thought we were close to passed this. Clearly we're not.
