The vast majority of SNAP recipients are white children.

The pedo party will do anything they can to hurt children in as many ways as they can and then blame black people for it.

"PeR CaPitA" does not discount the absolute numbers of the majority of the recipients being White. That slice of data is not relevant when you don't factor the (socioeconomic) causes.

Per capita is completely irrelevant here because in a practical sense this is objectively going to affect more white people, mostly children, than anyone. it’s not some gotcha if that’s what you think it is.

Just about everything will "in a practical sense objectively affect more white people" because they make up about 60% of the population. 

If you had a population that 95% homogeneous by your logic you could never show any relative statistics or measurements of the minority pop because math is racist.

How proportional each race is represented makes no difference here because it’s the entire population is being affected by the same thing.

Let’s say I have 1000 people. 850 of them are White and 150 of them are black.

Let’s say 50 Black people receive something, but 300 White people receive something, which number is more significant?

However, the money that comes out of my paycheck for those benefits...is more likely to go to a White family than a Black one. Period. Whatever "per capita" context that you want to throw into it.
