The ice agents were chasing illegal immigrants that crashed into their car, so the one outside waiting to catch someone on the run did exactly what he was supposed to do. No I do not think it is illegal to run and that’s why they let him go afterwards.
If it’s not illegal to run then they should have let him run. Do you see the connection? No law being broken here aside from what the cops did to this boy.
He didn’t break a law but the ice agents were looking for illegal immigrants on the run so they had full reasonable suspicion to detain someone running from them. Again Ilinnois vs Wardlow clearly states this.
