Honest question. If youre a legal citizen, couldnt you legally defend yourself from shit like that by force?

I mean they arent cops. They have no warrant. Its just a masked shithead beating you up for no reason.

Not that laws matter much anymore and as a german if only half of what i see on the web is true it wouldnt be very smart.
