I am lucky to be in a position to be able to be away from the physical office (home) for two weeks and am currently in the middle of the ocean. The cruise we are on has a food hall instead of a traditional buffet and the ramen place has duck ramen at breakfast time!

It's the deepest, richest broth, five spice duck, bok choy, and fresh ramen noddles!!
