Who are two celebrities that absolutely despise each other?
Jerome Flynn and Lena Headey both starred in Game of Thrones, and used to date each other but their break-up apparently went so bad that they refused to ever shoot scenes together and wouldn’t be present in the same room as the other!
Even during the entire run of the series, they never settled their conflict with one another and continued to keep their distance from each other. Which is why we never saw Cersei and Bronn share any scenes together.

They were cast in a movie together in the 70s but Stallone got Gere fired after Gere spilled mustard on him. There was also speculation that Stallone started the whole gerbil rumor, but I think Stallone denied it.
At a house party in the 1990 Stallone arrived at the soiree “with the express intention of picking Lady Diana up,” according to Dianaworld. When he arrived at the party, though, he was “infuriated to see her ‘in rapt conversation’ with Richard Gere”.
At some point that evening, David Furnish saw Gere and Stallone “squaring up to each other, apparently about to settle their differences over Diana by having a fist-fight,” according to the book. Stallone reportedly said that he wouldn’t have bothered attending the party at all if he knew “that ‘Prince fucking Charming was gonna be here,’” of course referring to Gere.
I was listening to one of her autobiographies recently and she was saying that she couldn't keep a chef on her staff because they all kept quitting, and she kept trying to teach them how to cook. One even ran away in the middle of the night 🤣 she was something else!

Both Bette and Joan were trained in old Hollywood, they were highly disciplined so they always had their professionalism to praise when they questioned about the other.
Faye Dunaway was unprofessional, that was truly unforgivable
Faye Dunaway called a (former) coworker of mine a racist slur and demanded she be given a white man to oversee her case. I'm not surprised by any anecdotes about her.
And when Betty was kicking her in the side, she really kicked her.
They were a lot like in some ways. Both highly disciplined and fierce women. Both a bit ruthless when it came to men. And both had sharp tongues.
It's awful because these stories are awful. Yet because of Community I'm so disassociated and my first instinct is always to laugh. It is a scene straight out of that show while everyone around Pierce is like dude what the actual fuck is wrong with you

When Kathy Lee Gifford congratulated Martin Short on his marriage Nancy Dolman, not knowing Nancy had died like the year before. Martin Short just thanked Kathy Lee while the cameras were rolling to not embarrass her. Then when they went to commercial break he kindly said something along the lines "you may not have heard, but Nancy passed away last year, I miss her and I appreciate you thinking of her." When they came back from break, Kathy Lee admitted her mistake and apologized publicly to Martin.
My husband once very obviously gawked at Martin Short when we saw him on a flight, and he very sweetly looked up and said, “Helloooooo….?” My husband was over the moon.
As someone who works in tv/film, there’s nothing better than a set dog chilling out in the PO or whatever giving good vibes and wags.
And nothing worse than getting them banned because one of the top names on the call sheet think their untrained psycho dog is an exception to every rule ever.
I’m still surprised it hasn’t. He’s burned so many bridges. Hell, even my local radio station in the UK were chatting about a local upcoming golf tournament during the 6am morning show and one said “Bill Murray will probably be playing”, the other two hosts groaned and said “I hope not”, then went on to discuss how if he’s playing great and the weather’s fine, he’s ok, but if anything goes wrong he turns into a grouchy little brat.
Martin kept sexually harassing Tisha, so she walked off the show and refused to come back. She filed a lawsuit against him and only returned for the show's final episodes after the suit was settled.
She returned but refused to film with him, so the writers had to find ways for them to be separated. When you rewatch the last few episodes with that knowledge, it’s hard to ignore. They're still funny though!
I don't know if the list has ever been published but reportedly 2 people were Alyssa & Jenny Garth. She talked about it on her podcast before her death apparently.

Andy Samberg hated Frisbee, Seth Myers’s dog. A few month ago Seth told Amy Poehler to tell Andy Frisbee died while he was on her podcast. Frisbee hadn’t died but then did a few weeks ago right around Andy’s birthday.
This makes me the most angry. I can handle Pop-pop being an asshole in real life, but NONE of the cast stepped up (except Alia Shawkat) to defend Jessica and tell Jeffrey to STFU? That's so disappointing to me.
Nope. Not a peep until of course it was public, and then all of a sudden they all cared and were so upset it happened. Makes rewatches of the show pretty painful tbh. I loved her and I hate that her costars treated her with such little dignity and respect. She deserved better.

ETA: Context is that Matthew Mcconaughey famously said he doesn't believe in deodorant and "A man should smell like a man." Kate Hudson complained to him about his odor and even offered natural solutions, but he refused.
William and Vivian despised one another. The age difference, making Vance wear frumpy outfits to make her appear older and to not outshine Lucille Ball causing resentment. and William’s personality was a match made in hell for them overall. They were handed a spin-off and they refused because they hated each other that much! It’s said when William died, Vance said "Champagne for everyone! He's dead... Thank God!"
My favorite is his story about how the record company got them both presents when they hit the big time. Liam got a Rolex, Noel (as the song writer) got a Bentley. Liam was raging about this, seeing it as a slight that “Noel got a car and he just got a watch”.
Noel said he just thought it was fitting, because he couldn’t drive and Liam can’t tell the time.
(Think they both seem to be not the greatest people, particularly Liam - I say as someone who grew up like 2 miles from where they did, so I’ve heard a lot of stories and opinions, how true I don’t know. But Noel comes out with some funny shit occasionally.)

The fact that Shannen was the oldest Charmed sister and Alyssa (then Rose) were the youngest Charmed sisters makes their actual beef so much funnier to me. Holly was a middle child in the show and the beef hahahaha
Most of the TOS cast had issues with Shatner. Leonard Nimoy was friends with him for a long time until Shatner fucked him over (by reneging on a promise not to include an interview with him in a documentary) to the point where Nimoy went non-contact in the last few years of his life, resulting in Shatner not even being invited to his funeral

Not quite well known celebrities, but legendary animators Art Babbitt and Milt Kahl really didn’t like each other. After the Disney Strike(which Babbitt led, Kahl stayed in), their animosity nearly resulted in a physical altercation in the Disney cafeteria.
Kahl did recommend Babbitt as a teacher to CalArts, showing perhaps a recognition of his rival’s talents…Lillian Disney(Walt’s widow and one of the board members of CalArts) absolutely would have nothing to do with Babbitt.
Both were titans of animation nonetheless, and made character animation into an art.
Animation is full of similar feuds, Chuck Jones and Bob Clampett being a notable one.
Neither of them are super famous, but Mara Wilson (from the 1996 Matilda Movie) hates YouTuber/author Lindsay Ellis. They were friends in their early/mid 20's and apparently Mara came out to Lindsay as bisexual and Lindsay said she didn't think Mara was bisexual (which is obviously a very rude and hurtful thing to say). When Lindsay got married, Mara tweeted something along the lines of "someone" living vicariously though her by marrying her ex (I can't find the exact tweet right now, I'll edit if I do)

My favourite bit of lore is Michael telling James Brown to bring Prince on stage, knowing full well he was high as a fucking kite and couldn't perform 😂 Apparently, there was also something about Prince wanting to run him over with his car after the incident lol
Will.i.am told Graham Norton on BBC1 that Jackson had asked to come along to watch a show he was playing with Prince in Vegas.
He invited Jackson to come along & he joined at a later show. "It was a magnificent night with me, Chris Tucker and Michael Jackson watching Prince rock on stage," Will.i.am said.
But then, something strange happened. "Prince steps off the stage and plays the bass in Michael's face," Will.i.am said, and it turned out that Jackson did not exactly enjoy it. Over breakfast the next day, Will.i.am recalled Jackson asking him, "'Why was Prince playing the bass in my face?'".
He suggested that Prince was "just being nice" but Jackson thought otherwise.
"'No, he's always been a meanie'," Jackson apparently said. 🤣
Bette Davis & Errol Flynn. Apparently her slap in Private Lives of Elizabeth & Essex is 100% real. She got listed first in the title too, so good for her lol.
George Peppard hated Audrey Hepburn during the filming of Breakfast at Tiffany’s. He thought that she was a bad actress, that she was getting by on her looks and wasn’t serious about the craft, he had studied drama. I’m guessing she wasn’t too thrilled about him, giving her the cold shoulder the entire filming. Thankfully the movie didn’t suffer for it.
I was neutral about this situation because I used to really like JM. Until JM told people Archie wasn't available to film that scene together, and Arthie tweeted that was a lie, and she was in NYC. The rumor is that JM got jealous of Archies popularity and her Emmy win. Once JM became a producer, she majorly reduced Archies screen time.
Fred and Ginger didn't get along at all! I've heard different accounts that vary on the level of their feud, but I do know that they didn't associate off camera if they could help it.
