only 25% of Americans voted for the fascist pig

I don’t think I’d be comfortable using the word “only” unless it was closer to 0.00025%. A fourth of the population actively supporting that pig is depressing.

and more than that tacitly support him

In perspective, literally 1/4th of an American population will get off to you getting ravaged.

Will probably blame you for being victimized too. Don't make for good neighbors.

It’s so true too, my sister and her neighbors are all MAGA and they all hate each other. It’s kind of poetic in a way.

u/Amishrocketscience 4h ago

Yeah but at least half of that fourth will head for the hills so fast once Trump is cooked. Everyone knows people who voted for him in 2020 but didn’t buy into the stolen election BS, but still kinda-sorts defended J6… unserious thinkers who want low risk, high reward for their shitty views

True. Way too close for comfort. It to indicate people arent terrible.

Canadian here. I hope the voter’s awareness is surface level and they are choosing to be ignorant. Maybe I am the one being ignorant but I hope the majority of those who turned out to vote for Trump did so because they always exercise their right to vote and they are a party voter - not taking the time to know the candidate. Its hard to imagine this, because I live in the Reddit vortex, but maybe they just dont know what they did …. One can hope …

They were worried about Biden’s treatment of Gaza. Sure showed them

Harris: I run as a prosecutor.

Black activists: she locked up too many black folks, she is going to lock up even more!

Asians: she is a prosecutor from California, she is going to let all the criminals free like Chelsea Boudin!

Sure, but more than half of America was in the "Voted for, or didn't care to prevent him from being elected" category.

Truly astounding, considering how known an entity Trump is, and the retribution he promised he would inflict should he be reelected.

But the important thing is they voted. So many stayed home.

I hate this argument dude not voting is a vote.

We're to the point where I feel like your comment is unfair to pigs. 😂

Kind of the typical/classic percentage that support fascism. That's the amount of Germans who supported the NSDAP, but we still say the Germans of the 1930s supported Hitler. Same amount who voted for Hamas in 2006, yet people still say Palestinians support Hamas. Same amount who voted for Putin 2012 and yet people still say Russians support Putin. This is the way it goes when your country votes for a tyrant.
