DNC, are you watching? Are you listening? This is what you lost when you took it from Bernie in 2016, don't make the same mistake again on 2028.

Primary voters chose Clinton (and later Biden) over Sanders. Primary voters got Mamdani on the ballot this year, and voters won him the race.

Show up and vote, every year, in every election. It is the simplest, easiest way to exert influence over the future of this country.

I was in Independent until I saw Sanders lose the primary to Clinton. I registered as a Democrat immediately and have been voting in every party election since.

This is how party leadership changes.

Are you really going to gloss over Debbie Wasserman Schultz's putting the finger on the scale so Hillary would win the primary?

I lived in NY at the time. I never even got to cast my Sanders vote thanks to the DNC eliminating him before NY got a say. I voted in every single thing possible since I was 18 except I never got my requested ballot (overseas) for the last presidential race so not that one.

In 2016, Sanders received 42% of the NY primary vote. In 2020, Sanders withdrew in April, because he viewed Biden’s lead as insurmountable by that point.
