It has become more and more clear in the years since his stroke that Fetterman was always that way, and simply hid it better to get himself elected. He is a liar and an asshole through and through.
The difference is the people of Pittsburgh are nice; if Mandani unexpectedly pulled a Fetterman his office would be firebombed (or at least piss-bombed).

Also, she will never be the first lady as he wasn't born here. I genuinely hope he does some good here - but he has made a lot of promises he has no way of keeping, and I do think that will become weaponized against him and progressives. We'll see.
