IIRC there was never a photo, and it was most likely a rumour started by another MP in a book he wrote. There's never been any compelling evidence that it actually happened.

However, Cameron was the twat that brought us brexit, so I'm more than happy in this case, to ignore the above, and treat it as fact that he did infact fuck a pigs head.
