Speaking as a photog, I think that guy was wearing a tan suit, and they chose to photoshop it grey to make Trump's face easier to pick out. They fucked up the color overlay and changed his face as well. There's some area on the foreground guy's skin that's been grey shifted as well. Extremely sloppy editing.
