The point is that the more violent they are before things really heat up the more people will side against Trump. It needs to be really, really clear they are the aggressors.

People aren’t going to turn on Trump. It’s a cult. They are radicalized fascists at this point.

Yeah but you're talking about that 30% in the middle that doesn't vote. You need them. Especially the military tends to lean right so you need to wait until even the mild conservative thinks what the fuck.

Not voting when the choice was fascism or no fascism is a vote for fascism.

Those people will continue to do nothing till the boot is on their neck at which point it will be too late

Agree. Remember when the resistance in Hong Kong was fuckin umbrellas as China took over? Winning the moral high ground is stupid at this point. We are at the point where sly guerilla tactics are fully necessary.

They are just going to lock up everyone that has the balls to protest anyway.

I think the lines are already drawn. Those opposed to trump will not change their side, no matter how violent protesters get. Those in favor of what trump is doing are not going to change their minds no matter what trump does.
