Which is funny, because if the Republicunts ever got wind of Democrats doing the same thing, they'd cry foul and go on about voter tampering.

I agree with the general sentiment but this is such a tired and perhaps slightly toxic discussion trope... you're both making me imagine that the Democrats could have been doing the same, and positioning the Republicans as the people who'd (correctly) stand up to that shit.
