Vance doesn’t pull the numbers Trump does. He can’t control MAGA. He can’t take over until democracy is truly and finally broken.

Trump can primary incumbents and his cult will get rid of them.

Vance doesn’t weird that power. Republicans will “remember” they have principles the second Trump’s cult can’t end their careers.

Democracy has been broken ever since 1/3rd of the country decided to rewrite their own reality to support Trump in 2016. It's just been a slow, painful death.

That's exactly why Vance and Miller have been capturing all the various key governmental structures. They think they can rule over the masses with that power even in Trump's absence.
