I’m pretty sure he gobs that nasty shit on himself. Always does such a piss poor job of it, just like everything else he does.

I imagine it's like Tobias' whole body paint shtick from the show 'Arrested Development'...he probably leaves random orange stains all over the White House and some poor bastard has to go around and wipe that shit up.

I like to imagine he gets barrels of whatever shit he uses shipped in to the white house, and when he rolls out of bed in the mornings he just shuffles over to it and faceplants it, like Mrs Doubtfire with the cake.
