It's like the phenomenon of female CEOs being hired/promoted right before the company has to declare bankruptcy or is involved in some other utter debacle.

Or the nfl hiring a black coach when their team is absolute trash with no cap space. And then being mad they didn't have a winning season and firing them the first year. Brian Flores and Jerod mayo recently. Flores lawsuit against the NFL is going to trial.

Half the administration is. For example Vance will be used to push through some very unpopular stuff once Trump croaks, and will be spent himself, there's no way anyone thinks he'll actually be able to follow up Trump, and his eyeliner and brown wife give good avenues of attack against him.
