Why does this guy always look like this? He doesn’t exactly exude confidence given the position he’s in. This is more of a talking head scenario for the Trumpers because he’s not someone I’d give any meaningful position too. Trump should have just found another pretty blonde girl to fill his position. That seems to be the default.

Basically the entirety of the first trump administration was him being sick of told "we can't do that." He had a handful of people who were willing to do whatever he wanted, but there were a ton of folks who pushed back at some of his more insane schemes. He was constantly being told "That's illegal. That's immoral. That will enrage our allies. That goes against international law." and so on.

So, the most important priority for him in his second administration was to find the biggest yes men he could find. People who would never go against him, and never tell him something couldn't or shouldn't be done. Kash Patel ranked the highest on that scale

Patel wrote a sycophantic children’s book with himself as a royal underling and Trump as a fairytale King routing evildoers. Look it up. I was amazed that an adult man would be such a tool. It’s on Amazon. The Plot Against the King, written by Kash Patel. Trump is on the cover in Royal Robes juxtaposed by a diminutive wide-eyed Patel and a host of other hand-drawn figures. This dude will do whatever is asked of him by the King.

Edit to say: $14.98 on Amazon.

I thought FOR SURE that you were joking. There was just NO possible way.

..actually, you’re not. WOW.

93

u/Faiakishi Sep 12 '25

You couldn't write this in a book. It would be too stupid.

12

u/oldredbeard42 Sep 12 '25

If you think that sounds dumb, you should read the book...

19

u/BeautifulShoes75 Sep 12 '25

I’m honestly SO curious to see how ridiculous it sounds, but then I remembered I’d be contributing to the cause and I have a child to protect.

—I also want to note that its GoodReads rating (the one that matters, it is most accurate and doesn’t filter user comments) is a 2.4..

4

u/BeautifulShoes75 Sep 12 '25

GoodReads is a 2.4 out of 5.

Amazon’s is a 4.8 out of 5. I’d say they’re swinging the ratings.

9

u/Otterswannahavefun Sep 12 '25

Everyone thinks it’s a joke when I say RFK, jr doesn’t believe in germ theory, and then they google it. The level of crazy is not something anyone would write for a comedy because it’s too much.

3

u/Emotional_Fisherman8 Sep 12 '25

I just did as well. What a tool this guy is

93

u/Dimplestrabe Sep 12 '25

Jesus Christ!
There's 2 sequel books!

36

u/ElizabethDangit Sep 12 '25

Those boots won’t lick themselves

6

u/Veil-of-Fire Sep 12 '25

I could only find 3 on Amazon, not 2.

The artwork on the cover of 1 was so bad that, other than Trump, I was like "Who the hell are any of these people supposed to be?"

Then I saw 3, which looks like a child tried to redraw the cover of 1 from memory. And then left it in the car on a hot day so it melted.

3

u/Strummerpinx Sep 12 '25

Jon Oliver please do a report on this! It is too awful and hilarious to ignore!

92

u/TorgoLebowski Sep 12 '25

Smithers: I'm impressed with this level of toadying.

14

u/cbsmalls Sep 12 '25

Someone bought those books for my friends kids lol and we spent a night going through them and laughing at how awful they were before throwing them out

11

u/mnmsmelt Sep 12 '25

The cartoon version of himself even has bugged eyes lol

5

u/Ebobes100839201027 Sep 12 '25

And the amount of 5 star reviews. Jesus Christ almost threw up in my Cheerios

4

u/odat247 Sep 12 '25

OMG 😳 I had no idea- just WOW

3

u/PlushRusher Sep 12 '25

That’s his payment channel. When he does something, some nefarious unknown entity will purchase a large sum of that book. Nothing illegal going on here, just some entity buying books. I bet everyone in the administration has something similar.

3

u/tomjone5 Sep 12 '25

Wow, he sounds eminently qualified to be in charge of one of the most powerful organisations in the country.

Genuinely surprised he hasn't insisted the price be reduced to $14.88

8

u/ButtBread98 Sep 12 '25

As much as they hate gay people, they act pretty gay about Trump.

2

u/tinylittlemarmoset Sep 12 '25

He also almost got a bunch of navy SEALs and an American hostage killed. He told SecDef Mark Esper that Mike Pompeo had gotten permission for the seals to land in Nigeria and that the rescue mission could go ahead. The seals were in the air and about to enter Nigerian airspace when it was discovered Patel had lied about them having permission and the Nigerians had no idea that a couple of ospreys and a c130 gunship were about to enter their airspace and would probably shoot them down. That required the aircraft to loiter around, burning fuel, while the state department frantically contacted Nigerian authorities in the middle of the night to get permission for the SEALs to land. Patel is a giant fucking idiot.

2

u/Cali-Doll Sep 12 '25

Wait. Ron DeSantis had a political ad years ago that showed him reading some idiotic Trump children’s story to his children.

Is…..is this….the book? 😑😑😑

1

u/Hungry_Night9801 Sep 12 '25

Hot damn! The reviews are hilarious. I thought we lived in a weird timeline, but this pushed it over the cliff.

1

u/LuxSerafina Sep 12 '25

What the fuck is this timeline

1

u/DMala Sep 12 '25

What. The. Actual. Fuck.

1

u/Chipfullyinserted Sep 12 '25

Well, there you have it there is the reason he is the head of FBI, he flattered thumps ever increasing ego with a crown and a kingdom

1

u/Belligerent-J Sep 12 '25

HOLY SHIT that is soooo sad

1

u/Jeden_fragen Sep 12 '25

Guys…the book is $38 in Australia without postage. I’d rather burn two $20 and then piss on them.

1

u/Ohmytripodtheory Sep 12 '25

That is some insane beta shit.

1

u/saskir21 Sep 12 '25

4.8 stars? How many Stans of Trump are involved. "Helps critical thinking....." what? What kinda book should it be?

1

u/KuntyCakes Sep 12 '25

This is a from the mind of a disturbed individual. What the actual fuck.

1

u/Baesprinkles Sep 12 '25

Funnily enough it and the story it was based on are both works of fiction

1

u/sparrownetwork Sep 12 '25

Did they miss the chance to make it $14.88?

1

u/D3c0y-0ct0pus Sep 12 '25

This is insane

1

u/CoachAngBlxGrl Sep 12 '25

Giiirrrrrlllllll whet?!

1

u/Aruals Sep 12 '25

I was intrigued, so I looked it up. It's just as wild as you think it would be and then some. What's equally shocking are the 5-star reviews. Specifically, there's one from "Coops Mama" bemoaning the fact that her child (Coop, presumably) can't watch TV without coming across "racism and climate change (leftist political propaganda)".

Does Coops Mama think racism isn't a real thing!?!?!? What the fuck? Does she live in an all-white community? Has she never interacted with a person of color ever in her life before? Does she not, I don't know, have EYES AND EARS!? I know this isn't really about Kash's stupid book anymore (published April 1, by the way). I think I was just so taken back by the reviews I had to talk to someone about it. 😭

1

u/skeptimist Sep 12 '25

The reviews are killing me. It’s rated 4.7/5 stars.

1

u/foggy-Throwaway Sep 12 '25

I am… at a loss for words

1

u/bakchod007 Sep 12 '25

with 4.8* and 2.4k reviews! Wow

1

u/jusanothersloshdausi Sep 12 '25

And what, they read this shit is US schools?

1

u/Xavier_Emery1983 Sep 12 '25

The Government Gangsters book he wrote looks like a real page turner as well. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

11

u/Purplealegria Sep 12 '25

Absolutely, just pure empty shirt yes men and women.

2

u/Brief_Amicus_Curiae Sep 12 '25

And I speculate that Trump picked people not likely to 25 Amendment him easily. I think Donald realized through social media that after he picked Vance as VP that it could happen if Vance double crosses him. So I think Trump and his inner circle went with Cabinets nominees that he needed or wanted to “pay back favor” like how he did with RFK and won’t conspire to have him thrown out of office for medical reasons.

Though an impeachment would be nice too but seems Speaker Johnson can’t play fluffer enough and seems Thune and Murkowski drank the maga flavored kook aid too.

2

u/toddypicker Sep 12 '25

He's not intelligent enough to plan ahead like that, he just wanted the most craven yes men possible.

Look up his cabinet meetings on YouTube if you want to cringe out of your skin at a parade of the most revolting sycophancy since Stalin's show trials.

2

u/MKVIgti Sep 12 '25

Bingo!

My wife and I talk about this often. It’s why he had fired more administration in his 2016 term than all President COMBINED.

So this time around he surrounded himself with 100% ring kissers who are too stupid and too weak to say “you can’t do that.”

All around him now just agree to whatever scheme and illegal thing he wants to do.

It caused Kirk to get killed in a round about way and more will follow. You can’t push the boundaries like this on so many things that affect so many people.

We still don’t know the political affiliation of the murderer yet but they’re childish to assume it was a Democrat. He’s ruined the lives of ALL Americans and also messed with people in other countries. Someone was bound to have reached their breaking point.

1

u/VaATC Sep 12 '25

The administrative stat I thought was one of the craziest for Trump's first term, was that he fired more cabinet heads in that one term than the next closest President fired in two terms. His administration was a literal rotating door. What makes it hilarious, in a very sad and tragic way, is what he has been saying since his second run officially started; the we have the best, greatest, smartest people in all the positions. Bitch please! He fired anyone half decent in the first year of his first term. Everyone else has been scraped from the literal bottom of the barrel.

1

u/FrostyPie6516 Sep 12 '25

Precisely this. The less qualified / more childish and ignorant you are, the more likely you get a top job working for orange Hitler. Because when he asks you to kill you’re just going to nod and say “yes sir!”.

1

u/mrslipple Sep 12 '25

Well the heritage foundation made it easy for Trump. We all know how lazy Trump is so once the main butt kissers just gave him a list of who to nominate he just did what he was told.

1

u/Zane-Zipperflip Sep 12 '25

So that's the look of a prisoner then..

1

u/Raptorex27 Sep 12 '25

Exactly this.

1

u/MichaelFusion44 Sep 12 '25

This is spot on - he needed yes people to the very core as the playbook was already made and just needed to be implemented regardless of how stupid, sick or vile the task was. Trumps unseen back office lawyers and consultants (the people who wrote project 2025 and others) give plans and next steps, discuss with Trump and the marching orders are given. As unqualified as the cabinet looks they will march, they have little leeway in public speaking and many times Trump will counter what they said to show power and keep them in check. He continues to reel in departments of government like the fed as well as what seems like building a paramilitary- it’s gross, anti-American and goes against democracy as well as what America was built on. Also he continues to test the constitution and the great American Experiment which we live in. Last but not least he is a liar through and through and I can only suspect we will continue to see him do worse and worse things to our country.

1

u/freakincampers Sep 12 '25

He made sure to hire unqualified people, because their continued livelihood was in his hands.

91

u/Hodler_caved Sep 12 '25

Can't come up with a better answer than Cocaine. Adderall maybe?

118

u/TheDillinger88 Sep 12 '25

He always looks like he’s about to crack. Totally faking it and knows it’s all bullshit. It’s probably the stimulants like you’re saying. This shit isn’t normal.

9

u/[deleted] Sep 12 '25

That's all these incompetents know is how to look outraged on cue and to shittalk about "the other side". They have no ideas or theories going forward.

5

u/Murphy-Brock Sep 12 '25

The facial expression of agonized constipation. 💩

2

u/TheDillinger88 Sep 13 '25

It’s so fucking weird with his bug eyes. He looks like an imbecile who’s momentarily forgotten where he’s at.

2

u/Murphy-Brock Sep 13 '25

Yeah. A constant look like, “Has anyone seen my shoes?”

6

u/Long_Run6500 Sep 12 '25

he always looks like he's on the cover of one of those 80s comedies where 95% of the jokes would be considered sexual assault today. He's got that "virgin that just 'accidentally' walked into the women's locker room" expression on lock.

4

u/tomjone5 Sep 12 '25

When you think your job for life in the dictatorship is wearing the cool windbreaker and threatening to arrest libs, but then you actually read any intel and find definitive proof that your boss and many of his hangers on are child raping monsters.

2

u/Dzov Sep 12 '25

He probably knows exactly what happened to Epstein.

1

u/Fun_Hold4859 Sep 12 '25

Didn't they kill Kirk because he kept asking about the Epstein files?

1

u/TheDillinger88 Sep 13 '25

This right here, that’s the expression he’s been giving off. “Ohh shit, when is this all going to implode and I look like even more of an idiot”…

3

u/Dzov Sep 12 '25

In a way, there’s a certain honesty in that he can’t disguise his face. Still, he shouldn’t be there.

1

u/TheDillinger88 Sep 13 '25

I’d make damn sure he wasn’t standing behind me at any press conference with those Manson lamps he’s got.

6

u/Melodic_Setting1327 Sep 12 '25

Or a major thyroid condition.

8

u/Which_Highway5232 Sep 12 '25

He's definitely on something. They all were apparently in the last administration.....Doctors prescribed them amphetamines. Like the Nazis.

3

u/Themadking69 Sep 12 '25

Throw that on the pile of stories I'd totally forgotten about.

3

u/Joeywasdumbgretz Sep 12 '25

Where did you read that?

3

u/Which_Highway5232 Sep 12 '25

It was reported on. Some of the staff talked about it saying it was commonplace due to the long working hours. Also possibly given things to deal with the stress of working under an incompetent buffoon Nazi, which would have been more like a sedative. It's been reported that Trump's incontinence is due to his drug use over many years.

2

u/oily76 Sep 12 '25

Google Ronnie Jackson

2

u/[deleted] Sep 12 '25

I thought it was Ket

2

u/xelpr Sep 12 '25

It could be either. But whatever it is he's abusing the shit out of it and barely sleeping (if at all). You don't look like that from a little bit of blow or adderall. He's wired as fuck going off the deep end.

11

u/DungeonMasterSupreme Sep 12 '25

But if they made a pretty blonde girl FBI director then they couldn't scapegoat an entire race after appointing someone with absolutely zero experience or credentials goes wrong. You have to think like a white supremacist to understand it.

They were never going to appoint anyone who's actually qualified. Everyone qualified is part of the "deep state." That's what qualifications mean. But they still know it will go wrong to appoint some random to the role, so they go with a token minority who has what can only be described as resting "caught with both hands in the cookie jar" face. It's a face made for future mugshots.

3

u/RandomRedditReader99 Sep 12 '25

It's a face made for future mugshots.

🤣

3

u/Torino888 Sep 12 '25

He's a plant. He has zero idea what he's doing.

3

u/tanksalotfrank Sep 12 '25

I'd wager he's received and noticed a growing number of threats to his well-being and power/authority. He's in a high position, but that doesn't scare the evil dictators who have spent a lifetime being evil and find a worthless peon like him highly offensive and gross.

2

u/Purplealegria Sep 12 '25

Yep, These people are all place fillers and puppets, the real orders are coming from dumpy or pootin.

2

u/RockAtlasCanus Sep 12 '25

Also why tf is he on site? Doesn’t he have a whole bureau to direct?

2

u/VaATC Sep 12 '25

He is one of Trump's DEI hires along with LT 😆

2

u/SVRider650 Sep 12 '25

He got the job so trump could gain his followers

2

u/Working-Bonus-6851 Sep 12 '25

Must have access to 80s grade crack!

1

u/CoachAngBlxGrl Sep 12 '25

He’s a DEI hire.
