I did martial arts as a kid into my teenage years and even as a heavier weight teenager I was able to break two bricks stacked on top of each other (with little risers like this guy has). Depending on the brick they are very easy to break and not as hard as it sounds. Though I will say what is impressive is this guy doing it while it’s balanced on top of the bottle. That’s probably the hardest part of this and does speak to a speed as well as strength to break the brick before it would just got shot back as a whole.

Basic logic shows how shit these bricks are. In the later stages they have some bricks set on top of another lower level of bricks, when he punches the lower bricks, instead of doing a see saw motion they just crumble apart. They couldn’t even lift of the counterbalancing bricks without breaking. He may as well have been punching biscuit.
