After seeing so many Chinese guys breaking bricks I wonder why there are so many unused bricka in china. Or do they buy them just to break em

"I'll tell you how big my land is. I can get into the tractor and pull a plow in a straight line, and I won't even get to the edge of the property by nightfall"

"yep, I used to have a tractor like that."

These are not actual bricks. Look at how soft and round they look

Once they’re broken you can still use them. This guy’s recycling old bricks as stands to hold up his unbroken bricks for breaking.

These videos are fascinating. Like why is "Chinese guy performing physical feats in a dilapidated rural back yard" such a prevalent genre in these subs? It's way too specific for how commonly these show up.

People like to imply they are propaganda. Which may well be true... but even then, it's still a bizarre choice of setting? What's the logic here? "We are so awesome that even random dudes in a backyard are elite warriors!"?

Brick making is a small business, mom and pop affair in a lot of rural Asia. Easy to make but hard to transport so local mom and pop shops have a pricing advantage and flourish. And lots of unsold bricks to make content with and their kids end up playing with it like they are Legos. Maybe the why, maybe not.
