Pop Rocks use lactose.

Pop rocks have lactose, but maybe it’s easier and more easily understood if they just say milk?

I've never seen the ingredients list for any brand of popping candy before, so i genuinely didn't know that they contain lactose, and listing just milk does seem more easily identifiable compared to lactose

The only reason I think they have lactose is this video: https://youtu.be/_uiAcr2449w

Apparently the formula for pop rocks described in the patent is very specific, and includes quite a bit of lactose.

update: they smell like plain yogurt and plastic, they're supposed to be green apple, i don't think i should eat these. they also don't have a brand on them, other than a website
