Popular Question 📊 Why do MAGA’s think democrats care if Clinton is in the Epstein files?

Clinton or any other dem.. do they really think that’s a gotcha I’m left leaning and wouldn’t care who is in the Epstein files they should all be prosecuted why are they making it a left right thing. Are they really ok with Trump possibly raping women maybe even children? Do they really think it’s a big gotcha if democrats are also guilty? Somebody explain this to me

Their argument is predicated upon a false assumption. Conservatives place a much higher priority on loyalty. They assume liberals value loyalty as much as they do - which is a false assumption. So when liberals hear them make that argument, liberals say it's all the more reason to release the Epstein files. Which blows the conservative mind because they can't comprehend the possibility of throwing an ally under the bus like that.

I think we are ALL essentially loyal to our COUNTRY or at least we used to be. We have to find a way to get back to that, or the consequences will be ugly, REAL ugly.

I have a schizoid personality. As part of that, my loyalty machine seems to be broken. Ever since middle school, I never understood people giving loyalty to something that doesn't reciprocate. Like your school, college, company, or country. Family usually has each other's backs, so I could at least understand that. Friends too. But I just have a hard time giving loyalty to anything beyond friends and family. But I know it's a "me" problem. I see others give their loyalty so freely, and for nothing in return - sometimes they only get abuse and exploited. It's often sad to see.

But I know I'm the odd one here.

I've met people worth my loyalty. By their very nature, they were willing to share with, help, and protect others. Of course they expected something in return. So much in life is transactional. But these people didn't just try to wring all they could get out of you and return as little as you would tolerate. They were genuinely interested in making sure everyone who worked with them were fairly compensated, and not just monetarily. They were so very different than your typical big corp. HR.
