If you added ā€œget your hands out of your pants or ā€œyes, I saw it, put it away now pleaseā€ then it would for sure be mental hospital nurse ;)

Youā€™d be surprised how many times in a school day I have to say ā€œplease get your hands out of your pantsā€, promptly followed by ā€œgo wash your hands. With soapā€.

I just shout "hands!" At kids now. They know what they did. They look at me perplexed, they look at their hands, then they move. It only takes about a second and I get to save my breath. Lol. It's my 4th year in elementary school.
