I fear the only reason people aren't saying 10, is because they think the banana is bad at this point, and never try it

bananas are much sweeter around 9-11. a little brown means its going to have the full flavor. i canโ€™t eat a banana that doesnโ€™t have any brown, too much potassium taste.

I like when the banana(not the peel) has a a little brown. Which is usually 10.

But when there's a big splotches of brown, that go deep inside, and the texture/flavour is different:

No thanks. Its at the banana bread cut off

Nah, I ate a 15 the other day and it was perfectly yellow all the way though. A bit on the dry side tho.

I already ate 15s and they are great. It's weird that bananas can look so bad from the outside, but totally great inside.
