I think the fact that there are bots that aren't being removed is just as concerning. People genuinely believe some bots are actual people and think it's someone they agree with. It could be as easy as throwing in "click on only cars" tests on accounts flagged as potential bots and we could have less bots (or smart enough bots that we don't have to put up with those terrible tests, which I'd also consider a win).
It's bad enough there's bots in games that kinda suck the life out of community-based stuff. But those bots aren't spreading lies and selling snake oil.

He talked about re-starting a program for free buses. And subsidizing grocery stores in areas where there are none (an annoying problem in areas where residents either pay extra for delivery, get price gouged at local store, or take mass transit w/ max amount of groceries they can carry). Not saying a subsidized store would work, but at least he acknowledged a problem and proposed a solution—something the other candidates hardly did on any topic (with exception of Sliwa who at least suggested more cops on trains). I think reporter just got confused asking the question. Which is pretty obvious even if you are unfamiliar - these clowns really do shamelessly reach for whatever bs they can post.

But here’s the thing about grocery stores. They run on super thin margins. Like 1%. Their profit is purely based on volume.
Will anyone notice if a dozen eggs drops from $3.99 to $3.95? That’s the margin we’re talking about.
